A memoir told as a fighter's journey — round by round, battle by battle
Every round is a different battle. Childhood neglect. Sexual assault. Religious betrayal. Domestic violence. Traumatic brain injury. The invisible wars of AuDHD. In this raw, darkly funny memoir, Dr. RJ Khan steps into the ring again and again — raising children, building a career, outmaneuvering PTSD — learning to stop swinging at ghosts and start swinging for herself.
